One of the best shows I’ve ever seen

Went to see Edward Scissorhands on a trip to Liverpool with my mum and sister. None of us had ever seen a ballet before and went in not knowing what to expect. And it was absolutely incredible. It made you laugh and cry. The emotions conveyed by the dancers were so powerful and coupled with the incredible set, music and lighting just made it such a moving performance. We couldn’t have been the only ones that enjoyed it as the whole theatre was on their feet at the end. I’d recommend this show to anyone - something a whole family could enjoy whether you were a fan of dance or not. We all came out of the theatre raving about it and then called our partners to rave about it to them! Would happily see it over and over. Thank you to the dancers, crew and theatre staff for a wonderful experience. ... Read more

Amazingly beautiful introduction to Ballet

This was my first experience of Ballet and as a huge Tim Burton fan, I had to see this, though a little dubious of it being a Ballet. How utterly silly of me. Both me and my Autistic daughter were captivated and enchanted from the curtain rise. Edward Scissorhands in particular was superb and every attention to detail was divine. I have fallen in love with Ballet, thank you to all involved. X ... Read more
